Our Satisfied Clients
For the Czech Insurers’ Bureau (CIB), we created an Operations Information System, which supports CIB’s daily activities, Supina and its members (insurers). It is a set of application programs that have been further developed and maintained since 2000. The applications provide services over basic registers – policies, adjusted claims, traffic accidents, insurance and claims processing progress. We are constantly adding new functionality to the OIS and CAPIS applications, which are required by CIB insurers. We come up with new inspirations and ideas on our own, for process optimization, new features and innovation of existing technologies.
For the Slovak Insurers’ Bureau (SIB), we created an Operations Information System (OIS), along with the Claims Adjustment and Penalties Information System (CAPIS). Both information systems support the daily activities of SIB and its members (insurers), and comprise a set of application programs that have been further developed and maintained since 2000. The applications provide services over basic registers – policies, adjusted claims, traffic accidents, vehicles, both within SIB as well as in the claims adjustment and collection system. Our GAM product manages the OIS and CAPIS applications in a 24/7, event-driven operating mode. We are constantly adding new functionality to the OIS and CAPIS applications, which are required by ČKP insurers. We ourselves come up with new ideas and ideas for process optimization, new features and innovation of existing technologies.
For Supraphon, we created a unique Information System to manage artist’s works and its associated payment system for copyright use. These systems, together referred to as TON-3000, were developed and maintained by our company from its founding, that is, 2004. In 2019, we performed an extensive refactoring of our Information System which primarily concerned the subsystems Katalog, Kontrahent and Licence.
For SG Geotechnika a.s., we created an Information System for working in the field (Geoarchiv). It is a complete archive of company documents on a map base, including tools for working with them. It allows the preservation of historic and current projects, have them available online, and use them for both working in the field or for the preparation of future jobs. The Geoarchiv application is operational 24/7. We continuously update and modify the functionalities, according to SG Geotechnika’s business requirements.
From 2010 – 2012, we shared in the implementation of measures to increase visits to classified ads on Sbazar.cz, for Seznam.cz, which operates the service. Syntea developed the project, including initial analysis, comparative analyses and predictive measures, and the project also included subsequent administration, maintenance and further development of the web application.
