Our references speak for themselves

The customer’s wishes always come first for us. The difference between the customer’s expectations and what they really get is the gap whose width is in direct proportion to the implementation team’s capability to empathise.

Take a look at our main references. Among our clients, of course, are also those for which the services provided by our solutions are intended, for example in the case of the Bureau of Czech Insurers and the Bureau of Slovak Insurers, especially the individual insurance companies.

SG Geotechnika a.s. focuses on surveys, consulting, supervision and testing in the field of civil engineering, including underground, transport and water management structures.

From its founding, that is, from 1926, it has grown to processing 380 projects annually. Many different types of documents have been and are being created for each of these projects. In order to be able to store and use these documents, which contain all the company’s know-how, for real-time field work, the company decided to have a custom digital archive of documents created.

This is how the Geoarchiv product—an information system for field work—was created. Geoarchiv is a complete archive of company documents, including tools for working with them. It is designed for employees who work in the field and need to have online information about their projects and their documents available in the given location. The information displayed on the map will allow you to make immediate decisions and plan further steps directly in the field.

Geoarchiv has built-in tools for inserting new and historical documents, operating documents with a map and assigning documents to projects, orders, and activities. The core of the system is based on our synDOC document management system.

We created Geoarchiv in 2020. It can be used by companies not only in the field of geotechnics, but also in other sectors such as: geodesy, ecology, environment, construction, hydrology, remediation and similar activities.

The Bureau of Czech Insurers (CIB) is a professional organisation of the insurance companies which are authorised to operate insurance of third-party car insurance in the Czech Republic.

We have created information systems for the CIB, which we have further improved upon and serviced since 2000. The systems provide services beyond basic registers of insurance contracts, liquidated damages, traffic accidents, insurance and damage progression and beyond liquidation systems, recovery and sale of receivables. More than 50 partial development stages have been implemented. Each contains a full analysis, designs for alternative solutions, implementation of the chosen alternative, tests and bringing into service.

These systems form the information support of the main activities of both the CIB itself as well as its members (insurers). These are incident driven systems with a 24×7 operational system. Per year, these systems update more than 100 million records. More on the Operating Information System (OIS) here.

For the traffic police of the Slovak police force we have created an information system for recording traffic accidents. The goal of this system is to provide the Slovak traffic police with an effective tool to support the fulfilment of their tasks in the area of responding to traffic accidents.

The system especially supports specific operations of the traffic police in the liquidation of traffic accidents at the scene of a traffic accident. It enables localisation with the help of GPS as well as the acquisition of photo documentation. Afterwards it provides a complex record of the traffic accident to further partners such as the criminal justice authorities, the Bureau of Slovak Insurers, insurance companies including health insurance. The system also generates a number of statistics for different purposes. More on the Information System on Traffic Accidents (ISDN) here.

For Seznam.cz, we developed the application Sbazar.cz as a part of the portal solution Seznam.cz. The application fulfils the function of an internet bazar, meant for private ads. In the years 2005 – 2012, we compiled comparative analyses, predictive measures and finally administrated, maintained and further improved the application Sbazar.cz to ensure increased page hits. The application is operated in a 24×7 regime. More on the project here.

habitant-logo-mini-square-black300x200In 2016 we developed a unique application which we named Habitant. The application does not only support the everyday activities of an association but also enables the continuous preparation for future issues of the association. Among these issues are, for example, assemblies of the committee, meetings of the congregation, approval of invoices, planning of revisions, creation of account closures and creation of the budget (in preparation). The application Habitant works based on an internet portal, where users can sign in from their desk top computer, notebook or smart phone and can receive a current overview of the matters in their SVJ. This project is co-financed from the Operational Programme for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (OPEI). You can find the link to the portal here.
