Do you need to have business documents linked to orders you have worked on or are still working on from the past? Would you like to see all the documents pertaining to the job and location on a map on your mobile phone or tablet while working in the field, where you are right now? Our application allows you to do this with a single click on the location (map coordinates). You can view your documents in full size or in thumbnail view.

You can also search for an existing job at any time by a specified criterion (for example, only for the selected activity, time span or author) to view related documents or to create a new project – a new job in a given location.

The application works on our document management system – SynDOC, which can be used by your other company applications. You get one shared document archive in the company, over which you can define the workflow.
